Practice your sustained accuracy while strafing. Adjust your aim to your own movement. Don't stop until you destroy the target. Turn around when it respawns. If you get hit, you lose. Don't slide up against the wall. It's cheating to use the wall to adjust your move speed, and it'll most likely screw up your rhythm anyway. If you want a higher difficulty, only adjust the target size. If you change your weapon, you have to adjust the target health.
