VT Softclick Inverted Blink Single

A hybrid scenario featuring two stages. First a tracking bot with low hp that must be killed in order to "unlock" a secondary clicking bot that's traveling close to it. After hitting the clicking bot it will dash and you have to kill it again. You must eliminate both targets in a quick succession before they reach the walls or they will despawn giving you no points. Inverted means that the clicking bot is ahead of the tracking bot. Single means there si only one set of targets at a time. Requested by ARDD for dapr.
